Qui implique une participation active des protagonistes dans une action, une activité. ● participatif, participative (expressions) adjectif Prêt participatif, prêt à faible taux d'intérêt et à long terme accordé à une entreprise et faisant participer le prêteur aux résultats de celle-ci. Titre participatif, titre en principe non amortissable, qui ne confère à son détenteur ni droit de vote ni droit à répartition des réserves et qui, en cas de liquidation de la société émettrice, jouit d'un traitement privilégié par rapport aux actions. (La rémunération des titres est assurée par une partie fixe et par une partie variable indexée sur un ou plusieurs paramètres économiques.)
